Annapaola Negri Clementi

She is a partner at Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, art law, and advising innovative start-ups. She has over twenty years of experience in sophisticated corporate transactions, advising large industrial groups and companies in various sectors, both domestic and international. She has held several prestigious positions in leading listed companies and under the control of Consob and BdI. She edited the book "ECONOMIA DELL’ARTE. Mercato, diritto e trasformazione digitale" (ART ECONOMY. Market, law, and digital transformation), published by Egea, and writes regularly for specialized publications on law and art.
