Daniela Corsaro

Notary

She graduated in Law from the University of Catania with a first-class honors degree in commercial law. She passed the bar exam in 1978. In January 1981, she won the notary public competition and has been registered in the Register of Notaries since January 1982. She has been a speaker and co-organizer of professional conferences, including international ones, and has participated in numerous conferences. She has served on scientific committees of the National Council of Notaries, specializing in civil law, legislative, propositional, and access. She taught commercial and civil law at the Notarial School of the Catania Notary Council from 1981 to 1992. From 2004 to 2005, she taught at the Higher School of Local Public Administration. She taught Commercial Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the Faculty of Law of La Sapienza University of Rome from 2007 to 2012. She has published articles in professional journals on family law, inheritance law, and commercial law. She is a member of INSIGNUM, the Association of Legal Culture, based in Bologna.
